Procurement of White Offset Paper 75 GSM, 90 GSM & 100 GSM (Imported), Blue Box Board, White Art Card, Brown Back Kraft Card and P.S. Plates (Imported)

The Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan, through its Printing Corporation of Pakistan, invites bids for the procurement of various imported paper and printing materials in Islamabad. Items being procured: - White Offset Paper 75 GSM - White Offset Paper 90 GSM - White Offset Paper 100 GSM - Blue Box Board - White Art Card - Brown Back Kraft Card - P.S. Plates (Imported) The Printing Corporation of Pakistan is a government-owned entity under the administrative control of the Cabinet Division. Bids/offers are invited electronically via EPADS 2.0 from manufacturers and general order suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of the FBR and active on the FBR tax payer list. Detailed specifications, sizes, quantities, and delivery locations are provided in the tender documents. Bidders must upload their bids on EPADS 2.0 by 28.09.2026 at 2:00 p.m. Additionally, a hard copy of the bids must reach the undersigned by the same deadline. Earnest Money or Security Money is required as per item-wise offer, and bids without it will be disqualified. At least two sample sheets of each offered paper/card (full size) must be submitted along with item-wise Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit Receipt. The hard copy of bid security must reach the Manager (P&D) office at the Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Islamabad by the deadline in sealed covers. Bidders may participate for the entire quantity or any one or more items according to their capacity. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 p.m. Bid validity is 90 days. The Corporation reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to cancel or reject any or all tenders as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested suppliers should ensure timely submission of both electronic and hard copies to avoid disqualification.
