Procurement of Workshop Equipment for Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi

The Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of workshop equipment under tender number 19/Normal/2026-27. Bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), authorized agents, or suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Registration with Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP), Directorate General Procurement-Army (DGP-A), or Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is also mandatory. Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value is required within five working days of intimation from COD Rawalpindi. Procurement is planned within the current financial year and quantities may be amended at order placement. The tender closing date and time is 12 November 2026 at 1030 hours, with bid opening at 1100 hours on the same day in the Conference Room of Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi. Interested firms should attend a briefing on 06 November 2026 at 1000 hours at COD Rawalpindi (LP Branch). For ease of participation, bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals as per the annexures and ensure timely submission.
