Promotional Material Supply and Installation for Special Investment Facilitation Council

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFC) under the Government of Pakistan invites sealed tenders through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure for the supply, installation, and fixing of promotional material required for meetings, conferences, and seminars. This tender is specifically for firms/vendors with a financially sound track record operating within the Islamabad Municipal Corporation area, possessing proper production and distribution facilities. Items being procured: - Supply of promotional material - Installation and fixing of promotional material Tender documents including the detailed list of items are available on the E-PADS portal and the official websites www.ppra.org.pk and https://sifc.gov.pk. Bidders must submit a company profile demonstrating relevant experience and proven track record in the field. Only firms with sound financial position and experience will be considered for competitive bidding. An earnest money deposit of 5% of the estimated cost (refundable) is required in the form of a Bank Draft in favor of Deputy Director (General), SIFC, Islamabad. This must be submitted before the closing date. No tender will be entertained without earnest money. Tenders must be uploaded on E-PADS by 15th September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. by the committee in SIFC's office in Islamabad. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
