Promotional Material Supply and Installation for Special Investment Facilitation Council

The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) Islamabad invites sealed tenders through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure via E-PADS for the supply, installation, and fixing of promotional material required for meetings, conferences, and seminars. This procurement is specifically for firms with a financially sound track record within the Islamabad Municipal Corporation area, possessing proper production and distribution facilities. Items being procured: - Supply of promotional material - Installation and fixing of promotional material Tender documents including the detailed list of items are available on E-PADS and the websites www.ppra.org.pk and https://sifc.gov.pk. Firms must submit a Profile of the Company demonstrating relevant experience and a sound financial position to be eligible for competitive bidding. An earnest money deposit of 5% of the estimated cost (refundable) in the form of a Bank Draft favoring the Deputy Director (General), SIFC Islamabad, is mandatory before the closing date. No tender will be entertained without earnest money. Tenders must be uploaded on E-PADS by 15.9.2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the SIFC office. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their company profiles and ensure timely submission on the E-PADS portal to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of the Bank Draft for earnest money will facilitate smooth participation.
