Providing & Applying Weather Shield Paint to Family Flats, Bachelor Hostel & Chief Manager's Residence Including Treatment of Roof Surface at SBP BSC Quetta

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC)) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of civil works at its Quetta site. The project involves providing and applying weather shield paint to family flats, bachelor hostel, and chief manager's residence, including treatment of roof surfaces. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed at Shahra-e-Gulistan, Zarghoon, Quetta. Items being procured: - Providing & applying 03 coats of weather resistant paint of ICI Dulux or equivalent make over external walls (15800 sqft) - Removal & cleaning of damaged loose PCC screed/plastered layer from top roofs & disposal of debris (2250 sqft) - Providing & laying PCC screed mixed in ratio 1:1.5:2 over top roof area (2250 sqft) - Providing and torch applying 4mm thick layer of plastomeric waterproofing membrane Roofgrip (Elastogrip RL-400) (11600 sqft) - Supply and installation of stainless steel roof fall-protection railing over existing parapet wall up to 3.5 ft height (520 ft) The scope includes surface preparation, application of primer and putty, removal of loose concrete, laying of screed, waterproofing membrane application, and installation of safety railings. The work must be completed within 150 days from commencement. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10, FBR registration, and demonstrate relevant experience with at least two projects of Rs. 3 million or more in the last five years. Bid security of PKR 150,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 4th November 2026 at 3:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required.
