Tender Description
Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF Gadwal) invites applications from experienced firms and contractors for multiple repair and maintenance contracts at its facility in Wah Cantt. The works include repair and maintenance of surface drains and nullah adjacent to shops and canteen, roof treatment and rehabilitation of main store and various buildings, as well as painting and maintenance of electrical and mechanical workshops.
Items being procured:
- Repair/maintenance of surface drains and nullah adjacent with A-01 and A-04 shops (C.A. No.05-Civil-Gdl-2026-27)
- Repair/maintenance of surface drains and nullah adjacent with canteen (C.A. No.06-Civil-Gdl-2026-27)
- Repair/maintenance, roof treatment and rehabilitation of main store (C.A. No.07-Civil-Gdl-2026-27)
- Repair/maintenance, roof treatment and rehabilitation of Building No. A-21/2 (C.A. No.08-Civil-Gdl-2026-27)
- Repair/maintenance and roof treatment of electrical and mechanical workshop (C.A. No.09-Civil-Gdl-2026-27)
- Repair/maintenance and roof treatment of A-05 shop (C.A. No.10-Civil-Gdl-2026-27)
- Painting of electrical and mechanical workshop (C.A. No.11-Civil-Gdl-2026-27)
The scope covers civil works including drainage, roofing, painting, and rehabilitation at various buildings within the POF Gadwal complex. Contractors must have relevant PEC registration and demonstrate financial capability, experience record, and FBR/NTN registration. Earnest money is mandatory for bid submission.
Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms until 18-11-2026. Bids must be submitted at Bid Center C-04 building near Rabta Hall POFs Wah Cantt by 10:00 AM on 23-11-2026. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Late or incomplete bids, or those without earnest money, will be rejected.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all annexes including experience record, financial capability, litigation history, and subcontractor details are complete and attached as per instructions to avoid disqualification.
