Termite Proofing and Paint Work of Academic Block I and Marble Fixing at Roof of Academic Block II

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Shaheed Benazirabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for important maintenance and repair works at its campus in Nawabshah. The tenders include termite proofing of Academic Block I and paint work of Academic Block II under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Additionally, the procurement involves providing and fixing marble at the roof of Academic Block II through a Single Stage Two Envelope process. Items being procured: - Termite Proofing of Academic Block I - Paint Work of Academic Block II - Providing and Fixing of Marble at Roof of Academic Block II These works require experienced contractors capable of handling building maintenance and finishing tasks. The termite proofing and painting works are expected to be completed within a 6-month period, as is the marble fixing. The site is located at the university campus in Nawabshah, Sindh. Bidders must pay a tender fee of Rs. 5000 per tender via pay order in favor of Security Deposit SBBU SBA. Earnest money of 5% of the bid value is required in the form of a demand draft. Documents can be downloaded from the E-Pads (SPPRA) portal and the university website until the closing date. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA e-procurement system by 08-10-2026 at 10:30 am. Late submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:00 am in the Syndicate Hall or the office of the Executive Engineer.
