Providing, Supplying and Installation of 08 Nos. 4-Ton Floor Standing Air Conditioners Complete in All Aspects

The National Grid Company (NGC) Asset Management South Quetta is procuring 08 units of 4-Ton Floor Standing Air Conditioners for installation at the 220 kV Grid Station, Sabbi Road, Sadar, Quetta. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to enhance cooling capacity at the specified site in Balochistan. The scope includes providing, supplying, and complete installation of the air conditioners, which must be tropicalized (T3 class) to operate continuously at ambient temperatures up to 52°C. The units should have a minimum cooling capacity of 48,000 BTU/h, heavy-duty hermetic compressors, corrosion-resistant heat exchangers, and anti-corrosion coated fins suitable for harsh environments. They must operate reliably at voltages as low as 150V and include remote control connectivity and digital user interfaces. A minimum warranty of 3 years on compressors and 1 year on parts is required. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category, have valid FBR and BRA registrations, and must not be blacklisted by NGC, WAPDA, DISCOs, or any government/public department. Experience in HVAC equipment supply and installation over the last three years is mandatory. Bidders can participate individually or as a joint venture with up to two members. The bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by **May 7, 2026, 11:00 AM**, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted.
