Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF by Military Engineering Services

Military Engineering Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at Pakistan Air Force (PAF) locations. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and area will be issued tender documents. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D, and E with relevant experience may apply. Earnest money and other special conditions apply as per tender documents. The tender submission deadline is 1130 Hrs on 13 October 2026, with opening at 1200 Hrs the same day.
