Providing and Installation of Sound System, Lighting, Flags Fixing, Sports Items, General Services, Refreshment Services, and Excavator Rental in District Council Toba Tek Singh

The District Council Toba Tek Singh invites bids from engineering firms and contractors for various schemes under an annual contract basis. Items being procured: - Providing and installation of Sound System, Lighting and Generator on rent basis - Providing and Fixing of Flaxes and Flags - Providing and Fixing of Tentage, Chairs and other Services items on rent basis - Providing of Sports items for different events - Arrangements of General Services including Videography, Photography, Fireworks etc. - Arrangements of Refreshment Services for different events - Providing of Excavator (100 HP), Excavator 65 feet long Boom, Wheel Tractor, Trolly 5 tons, Front End Loader, Tractor with front Blade on rent basis The scope covers supply, installation, and rental services for sound and lighting systems, flags and tentage, sports equipment, general event services, refreshments, and heavy machinery rental within the jurisdiction of District Council Toba Tek Singh. Bidders must submit bid security electronically equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost/value through the Punjab e-PS portal. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts or Bank Guarantees are not accepted. Bidders should submit their e-bids online on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 07-11-2026 at 10:30 AM. The opening of bids will be on the same day at 11:00 AM. The District Council advises bidders to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The office of the District Council Toba Tek Singh will announce the successful bidder in the presence of the opening committee.
