Each scheme must be completed within 12 months from the date of award. Bidders must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and FBR (Active Taxpayer List), and must provide valid PEC registration in the relevant category. Earnest Money/Bid Security is required as per the amounts listed for each scheme, to be submitted in the form of a pay order or CDR. Bids must be submitted online via the Sindh e-procurement portal (https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk) by 20 November 2026, 05:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on 23 November 2026 at 09:30 AM, and financial bids will be opened on 08 December 2026 at 09:30 AM. The tender fee for each scheme is Rs. 3,000, non-refundable.
