Providing & Laying of 11 KV HT Cable, LT Cable & 100 KVA Pad Mount Transformer for Squash Court Building at MUET, Jamshoro

Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro invites bids from eligible contractors, firms, suppliers, manufacturers, and sole distributors for the provision and laying of 11 KV HT Cable, LT Cable, and a 100 KVA Pad Mount Transformer specifically for the Squash Court Building at MUET, Jamshoro. This tender is part of a series of works including construction of roads, boundary walls, drainage replacement, and infrastructure development at MUET, all located in Jamshoro. Items being procured: - Construction of Interconnecting Road from Shaikh Abdul Majeed Sindhi Hostel to newly constructed 150 Boys Hostel - Construction of Approach Road of New 150 Girls Hostel - Construction of Boundary Wall of New 150 Girls Hostel - Replacement of overhead line with underground cable LT of 95 mm2 at Mechatronics Department & Workshop - Replacement of main drainage line of old Girls Hostels and Senior Staff Residence Colony including manholes - Providing & Laying of 11 KV HT Cable, LT Cable & 100 KVA Pad Mount Transformer for Squash Court Building - Interior partitioning and basic infrastructure development of National Center of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (NCNN) The scope includes civil, plumbing, and electrical works with detailed specifications such as excavation, brickwork, PVC insulated cables, cable termination kits, and installation of a 100 KVA oil-immersed transformer with associated switchgear and earthing. The works require compliance with PEC registration, FBR/STRN active taxpayer status, and a minimum of five years' experience in similar projects. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required along with a tender fee of Rs. 5000. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's EPADS portal by 28th October 2026 at 01:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. The contract completion time for this specific work is three months from the written order to commence. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPP Rules 2010.
