The District Council Thatta invites bids for the providing and laying of a water supply line including a surface tank at Village Jumoon Mirbahar near Charhi Stop and Village Liaquat Bikik, UC Chatto Chand, Thatta. Items being procured: - Excavation for tanks and reservoir in all kinds of soils including trimming and dressing - Excavated earth disposal within one chain with fence guards and temporary crossings - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Providing and laying topping of cement concrete (1:2:4) including surface finishing - Providing and laying 1:3:6 cement concrete solid block masonry wall 6" and below in thickness - Cement plaster 1:4 up to 12' height, 3/4" thick - Reinforced cement concrete work including all labor and materials except steel reinforcement - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete - Providing C.I Manhole Cover & Frame - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in all kinds of soils - Providing, laying uPVC pressure pipes of Class 'D' with fittings and testing - Refilling excavated stuff in trenches with watering and compaction - Providing and fixing full way gun metal valves with wheels, threaded or flanged end with rubber washer The technical scope covers all excavation, concrete works, masonry, pipe laying, and finishing works as per specifications and drawings provided by the District Engineer. The site is located in Thatta district, and the work must be completed within 90 days from the written order to commence. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration with relevant category, NTN certificate, Sindh Revenue Board registration, professional tax certificate, electrical license for related works, minimum 5 years relevant experience, turnover of 2 to 4 million PKR over last 3 years, and no blacklisting by any procuring agency.
