Provincial Construction, Repair, Maintenance, Rehabilitation Works and Miscellaneous Water Supply, Sui Gas, E&M, Sewerage and Drainage Works in Quetta and Other Districts

Applications are invited by the Military Engineer Service (MES) through ACE 12 Corps Quetta for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for a comprehensive range of construction, repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation works. The scope includes miscellaneous water supply (internal and external), Sui gas (internal and external), electrical and mechanical (E&M) works, sewerage and drainage works across multiple districts including Quetta, Sibi & T, C&SC, Khuzdar, Turbat, Kashmore, Sui, Zhob, Loralai, Chamman, Sibi, Malir, Pano Aqil, and Gawadar. Items being procured: - Provincial construction, repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation works - Miscellaneous water supply (internal/external) - Sui gas (internal/external) - Electrical and mechanical (E&M) works (internal/external) - Sewerage and drainage works The works cover a wide geographical area in Balochistan and Sindh provinces, requiring experienced contractors with valid PEC registration in categories A to C. Firms must provide complete credentials and details of completed and ongoing projects along with satisfactory completion certificates. Only firms registered with MES and possessing valid PEC registration will be preferred. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received by ACE 12 Corps Quetta by 13 April 2026 till 1130 hours. The tender opening will take place on the same day at 1200 hours.
