Provision of 1 Gbps Dedicated Internet Bandwidth over Fiber Optic Cable at University of Sindh Jamshoro

The University of Sindh, Jamshoro invites sealed electronic bids via the SPPRA E-PADS Portal from eligible, experienced, and well-reputed firms/service providers registered with relevant tax authorities for the provision of 1 Gbps Dedicated Internet Bandwidth over Fiber Optic Cable at University of Sindh, Jamshoro. Items being procured: - 1 Gbps Dedicated Internet Bandwidth over Fiber Optic Cable This procurement involves the supply and installation of high-speed internet bandwidth to support the university's connectivity needs. The scope includes ensuring dedicated fiber optic connectivity with reliable performance and uptime. Interested bidders must be registered with FBR and have a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Active Taxpayer Status (ATL). Proof of relevant experience through purchase orders, work orders, completion certificates, and satisfactory performance certificates is mandatory. Financial capability must be demonstrated by audited financial statements and bank statements for the last three financial years, showing minimum average annual turnover as specified. Affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted and not involved in litigation affecting contract execution is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA E-PADS Portal before the prescribed deadline. Physical submission of the original bid security and tender fee receipt/pay order is required at the office of the Purchase Store Officer, University of Sindh, Jamshoro. Late, incomplete, or conditional bids will be rejected automatically. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Bid security is 2% of the bid price (PKR 180,000 fixed). Performance security is 5% of the contract price, to be submitted prior to signing the contract agreement. The tender follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (amended).
