Procurement of High-Performance Computing, Network Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Solutions including Servers, Storage, Switches, Firewalls, Security Software, Licenses and Allied Items & Services

Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), Karachi, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for the procurement of advanced High-Performance Computing (HPC), Network Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Solutions. This includes Servers, Storage, Switches, Firewalls, Security Software, Licenses and allied items and services. The procurement follows the SPP Rule-46(2) Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure ensuring transparency and competitiveness. Items being procured: - High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems - Network Infrastructure components - Cybersecurity Solutions - Servers - Storage devices - Switches - Firewalls - Security Software - Licenses - Allied items and services Bidders must be registered on the List of Active Taxpayers of FBR/SRB and submit bids electronically via EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000/- non-refundable. Bid security amounts vary by lot/package as follows: Lot A: PKR 140 Million budget with PKR 2,800,000 bid security Lot B: PKR 85 Million budget with PKR 1,700,000 bid security Lot C: PKR 17 Million budget with PKR 340,000 bid security Lot D: PKR 55 Million budget with PKR 1,100,000 bid security Lot E: PKR 20 Million budget with PKR 400,000 bid security The scope covers supply, installation, and commissioning at DUHS facilities in Karachi. Eligible bidders should have relevant PEC categories, FBR/ATL registration, and demonstrate prior experience. Earnest money must be submitted as per the specified amounts. Bids must be submitted on EPADS by 24th November 2026 at 1100 Hrs. The original tender fee and bid security must be delivered to the Procurement Directorate at Central Warehouse, Dow University of Health Sciences (Ojha Campus), SUPARCO Road, off Main University Road, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme No. 33, Karachi before the bid opening at 1130 Hrs on the same day. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under SPP Rules 2010.
