Provision of Air Travel Services for One Year

Mercy Corps, a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization, invites qualified service providers to submit their Intent to Bid for the provision of Air Travel Services for one year in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Provision of Air Travel Services for one year Interested service providers are required to complete and submit the Intent to Bid Form by either downloading it from https://tinyurl.com/PAK-ISD-0034 or collecting a hard copy from Mercy Corps office located at Plot 190, Street 6, Sector I-9/2, Islamabad, Pakistan. Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps no later than 11:45 PM, Tuesday, September 01, 2026, using one of the following methods: 1. Email the completed form to islamabadith@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference Number in the subject line. OR 2. Submit the completed form in person by placing it in the Tender Box at Mercy Corps Office, Plot 190, Street 6, Sector I-9/2, Islamabad, Pakistan. The Tender Reference Number must be clearly written on the sealed envelope. Following the closing date, the Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued only to those suppliers who have submitted a completed Intent to Bid Form. The solicitation document will be shared through the delivery method selected in the Intent to Bid Form. Bidders should ensure timely submission and clearly mark the Tender Reference Number to avoid disqualification. It is advisable to keep a copy of the submitted documents for record and follow up.
