Provision of Catering and Allied Services at Onshore/Land Drilling Rigs

This Expression of Interest (EOI) invites experienced and reputable contractors for the provision of Catering and Allied Services at onshore and land drilling rigs throughout Pakistan by an Oil & Gas Field Service Company. The scope of work includes provision of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, midnight snacks), housekeeping and janitorial services, laundry services, supply of consumables and cleaning materials, waste disposal and pest control services, and competent staff for handling catering and allied services. Items being procured: - Provision of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, midnight snacks) - Housekeeping and janitorial services - Laundry services - Supply of consumables and cleaning materials - Waste disposal and pest control services - Competent staff for handling catering and allied services The technical scope requires contractors to have valid Sales Tax registration and NTN, a provisional NOC for provision of services specifically for the Oil & Gas Field Services Sector, minimum five years of relevant experience at onshore rig sites, proven track record of safety, hygiene, and quality service delivery, financial and technical capability to execute the contract, and must not be blacklisted by any public or private sector companies or clients in Pakistan. Additionally, bidders must provide last three years audited financial statements and a bankers certificate showing credit worthiness. Relevant bid documents will be floated in response to the email after careful scrutiny. Bidders are encouraged to seek clarifications via the provided email before the deadline for queries. Qualified bidders will be invited for the Invitation to Bid (ITB). The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, cancel the bidding process, or modify the scope of services without assigning any reason or obligation to inform bidders.
