Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) office at PAF Peshawar invites sealed tenders for the provision of various facilities at Pakistan Air Force (PAF) installations. The scope involves construction and civil works at various PAF sites. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and be on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, or D. Firms without PEC registration are ineligible. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience and complete credentials. Earnest money and other bid security requirements apply as per PPRA rules. The tender submission deadline is 15 October 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Interested firms can contact the General Engineers at Air Base Peshawar, Risalpur, Kohat, or CMES PAF Peshawar from 0715 to 1335 hours on working days.
