Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy Military Engineering Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for various construction and repair works at Karachi and NAS Turbat. The procurement involves provision, installation, and construction of certain facilities at Karachi and NAS Turbat, along with abnormal repair, replacement, renovation, major and minor maintenance works at both locations. Additionally, supply of fresh water and miscellaneous works related to B&R, E&M, and F&S at Karachi and Turbat are included.

The scope covers civil, electrical, and mechanical works at naval facilities, requiring contractors with relevant experience and PEC registration. Contractors must be on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, or D and provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors who submit complete credentials. The tender submission deadline is 21 October 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
