Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (PP and JJ)

The Military Engineer Services office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency works under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004. The procurement involves provision of certain facilities at PAF Base PP valued at Rs. 29.310 Million and at PAF Base JJ valued at Rs. 58.485 Million. Items being procured: - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (PP) - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (JJ) The contractors must submit applications with complete credentials as per the requirements. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and who meet special conditions for the job and area. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to approved MES categories 'A' and 'B'. They must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). The tender must be received by the Accepting Officer by 1130 Hrs on 19 October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs the same day. Contractors may be present at the opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
