Uplifting and Beautification of Main Bazaars, City Warburton

Municipal Committee Warburton invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, tax-registered, financially sound contractors/firms enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) under the applicable provisions of the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulation. Items being procured: - Uplifting/Beautification of Main Bazaars, City Warburton (Risk & Cost) The scope includes beautification and uplifting works of the main bazaars in City Warburton. The project requires contractors with relevant PEC registration and financial capability to undertake the work within two months from the date of work award. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via Punjab e-PS by 12:00 PM on 22/10/2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM in the Municipal Committee Warburton Office in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representatives. A digital Bid Security/e-bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 2,944,599/-) in favor of Municipal Committee Warburton is mandatory and must be verifiable on Punjab e-PS. Submission of hard copies is not required. Incomplete, incorrect, unreadable, corrupted, virus-infected, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. If the opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
