Provision of Day Care Services for Bureau of Statistics Punjab

The Bureau of Statistics, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed bids from firms or companies registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and other relevant authorities for the provision of Day Care Services. The procurement is for the Bureau's Headquarters Office located at 65-A Trade Center Block, M.A Johar Town, Lahore. Items being procured: - Provision of Day Care Services (Lot No. 1) with an estimated monthly cost of Rs. 250,000 and total estimated cost for 8 months Rs. 2,000,000. A bid security of Rs. 40,000 (0.2%) is required. The scope includes providing quality day care services as per the detailed requirements in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax departments and have a proven track record of supplying similar services with at least two successful assignments to government or large private organizations. Bids must be submitted online on the E-Procurement System Punjab website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) by the closing date of 19-10-2026 at 11:00 A.M. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 0.2% of the total estimated cost in the form of a CDR or online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The successful bidder will provide services up to 30th June 2027, extendable to 30th June 2029, subject to satisfactory performance.
