Provision Of Janitorial Services ADMIN: SGD: 11.5 (R-4) at SNGPL Regional Office Sargodha

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the provision of janitorial services at its Regional Office located at 15-Muslim Town, Sargodha, Punjab. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P142044. The scope includes comprehensive janitorial services covering cleaning, mopping, waste disposal, and maintenance of hygiene standards across the office premises including corridors, staircases, washrooms, parking areas, and mosque cleaning. The contract requires deployment of 12 janitors (male/female), 1 supervisor, service charges, and provision of janitorial materials as per annexure. The janitors must be medically fit, trained, and aged between 18 to 57 years, while the supervisor should be between 25 to 57 years old. Duty hours are Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 4 PM with one hour lunch break. Items being procured: - Janitors (Male/Female) 12 persons per month - Supervisor of Janitorial Staff 1 person per month - Service Charges 1 service charge per month - Cost of Material as per Annexure-B Sheet–II 1 material per month The contract includes penalties for non-compliance such as failure to wear uniform or shoes, incomplete cleaning tasks, and lack of materials. Bidders must comply with all applicable labor laws including payment of minimum wages, social security, EOBI, and provide salary disbursement certificates monthly. The contract duration is initially one year with possible extension. Bidders must be registered, have at least 3 years experience providing janitorial services to government or reputed organizations, and meet all eligibility criteria including FBR and professional tax registration. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid security of PKR 150,000 is required. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on a least cost basis. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder who meets all technical and financial requirements.
