Provision of Dental Treatment Facility to WASA Employees in Various Towns of Lahore

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore invites bids from professionally qualified and financially sound Hospitals, Medical Institutes, and Dental Clinics registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with Health Department, FBR & PRA (NTN & PNTN) through a three-year frame work contract for provision of dental treatment facilities to WASA employees in various towns of Lahore. The contract covers the following towns: Allama Iqbal Town, Gunj Baksh Town, Nishtar Town, Gulberg Town, Ravi Town, Shalamar Town, Jubilee Town, Data Town, Wagha Town, and Aziz Bhatti Town. Items being procured: - Provision of Dental Treatment Facility to WASA Employees in Allama Iqbal Town - Provision of Dental Treatment Facility to WASA Employees in Gunj Baksh Town - Provision of Dental Treatment Facility to WASA Employees in Nishtar Town - Provision of Dental Treatment Facility to WASA Employees in Gulberg Town - Provision of Dental Treatment Facility to WASA Employees in Ravi Town - Provision of Dental Treatment Facility to WASA Employees in Shalamar Town - Provision of Dental Treatment Facility to WASA Employees in Jubilee Town - Provision of Dental Treatment Facility to WASA Employees in Data Town - Provision of Dental Treatment Facility to WASA Employees in Wagha Town - Provision of Dental Treatment Facility to WASA Employees in Aziz Bhatti Town The contract is for a period of three years under Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available for registered bidders on the Punjab e-Procurement System website. The bidding process will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit their bids by 26 October 2026 before 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. A bid security/e-bid security of Rs. 134,000 in favor of WASA Lahore is required and must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligibility includes being financially and technically responsive bidders. Non-responsive or incomplete bids will be rejected. Bidders must quote their rates against each entry/item of DNT/BOQS in their financial bids. The contract will be awarded following the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations. The bids will remain valid for 120 days.
