The Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal invites bids for the provision and fixing of paver blocks and construction of rural water supply schemes at various locations including Village Aajiz Ali Mohammad Thaheem UC Karmalik District Sujawal. Items being procured: - Provision and Fixing of Paver Blocks at Memon Muhalla, Khatthi Muhalla, Mallah Muhalla Town Committee, Chuhar Jamali, Taluka Shah Bundar - Provision and Fixing of Paver Blocks at different villages of Taluka Shah Bundar and Taluka Jati - Construction of 05 Nos Culvert 3 Span at Village Ali Ghuriyani UC Jar Taluka Sujawal - Remaining Construction of Rural Water Supply Scheme at Village Aajiz Ali Mohammad Thaheem UC Karmalik District Sujawal - Excavation and laying of RCC B Class Pipes - Distribution System 3" Dia HDPE Pipes and fittings - Supply and installation of 5.5 BHP Electric Pumping Machinery - Solar Energy System including Mono-PERC Solar Panels and PV Balance of System - Hypochlorinator supply and installation - Sign Board provision and fixing - Street Lights with M.S. tabular poles and solar LED lights The technical scope covers excavation, concrete works, RCC, steel reinforcement, pipe laying, electrical and solar system installation, and associated civil works. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE09, CE10, EE11 with valid licenses up to June 2027. Valid registration with Electric Inspectorate, FBR, SRB, and ISO certifications 9001:2015 and 45001:2018 are mandatory. Experience in similar works with documented evidence, financial soundness, and availability of required machinery and qualified personnel are essential. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal (http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/) by 22nd September 2026 at 2:30 PM. Tender fee of PKR 3,000 and bid security of 5% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) are required. Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal.
