Provision and Fixing of Paver Blocks at THQ Hospital Taluka Jati (Under PMDC)

The Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal invites bids for the construction works titled Provision and Fixing of Paver Blocks at THQ Hospital Taluka Jati (Under PMDC) located in Sujawal, Sindh. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelope procurement method through the EPADS electronic bidding system. Items being procured: - Barrowpit excavation undressed lead upto 100 fts (Qty: 43,065 Cft) - Earth work compaction in 6" layers with leveling, dressing and watering (Qty: 43,065 Cft) - Carriage of earth from nearby village to site lead upto 3 miles (Qty: 43,065 Cft) - Cement concrete plain (1:4:8) including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (Qty: 3,915 Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (Qty: 5,324.4 Cft) - Providing & fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197x97x60 mm with natural colours and strength 5000-8500 psi (Qty: 31,320 Sft) - Cement concrete plain (1:3:6) including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (Qty: 163.125 Sft) - Erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works of Deodar wood (Qty: 326.25 Sft) - Providing & fixing precast edge block 6 inches thick x 12 inches long x 12 inches high including cartage, excavation, form work and concrete haunching (Qty: 40 Rft) The scope includes site excavation, earth compaction, concrete works, paving block installation, kerb stone fixing, and related civil works. The project duration is 12 months. Eligibility criteria require registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) valid till June 2027 in relevant categories CE09, CE10, EE11, valid Electric Inspectorate license, FBR registration with active taxpayer status, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, and other financial and technical qualifications as detailed in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS portal by 22nd September 2026 at 2:30 PM. Tender fee is PKR 3,000 and bid security is 5% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
