Provision of Furniture for Daanish School Bhimber, AJK

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training through its Project Management Unit (PMU) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the provision of furniture for Daanish School Bhimber, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply high-quality furniture to various facilities within the school including classrooms, science labs, computer labs, offices, sports room, staffrooms, library, prayer area, cafeterias, hostels, and specialized labs such as robotics and STEM labs. Items being procured: - Study Chairs with Study Arm (42 per classroom) - Teacher Chairs and Tables - Rostrum made of Laminated Board - Soft Boards (Green boards) with Aluminum Frame - Laboratory Stools and Showcases for Science Labs - Computer Tables and Revolving Chairs - Sofas and Center Tables for offices - Plastic Chairs and Tables for Cafeteria - Beds and Study Tables for Hostels - Wardrobes, Storage Racks, and Pigeon Holes - Carpets, Curtains, and Stage Lights for Hall - Medical Stretcher and First Aid Box for Dispensary The technical scope includes supply, delivery, and installation of furniture made from durable materials such as polypropylene, sheesham wood, laminated boards, and steel frames. The furniture must meet the specifications and quality standards as per the bidding documents and be suitable for the climatic and operational conditions of the school. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration in relevant categories, FBR registration with active taxpayer status, GST registration, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Bidders must have completed similar projects in the last five years with a minimum value of Rs. 50 million. Joint ventures are allowed with a maximum of two members. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit of Rs. 4,980,605 is mandatory. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on July 22, 2026, at 2:30 PM at PMU Sector G-7/1 Khayban e Suhurwardy, Islamabad, and bid submission deadline on August 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM via EPADS v2.0. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted.
