Provision of Furniture for Newly Constructed Military Barracks and Staff Officers at PNS Jauhar, PNS Karsaz, and Hanif SRE

The Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for prequalification and tender submission for the provision of furniture for newly constructed military accommodations and offices in Karachi. The procurement is specifically for furnishing three key projects: provision of furniture for 40 BOQs for WESMC/MESMC and staff officers at PNS Jauhar, provision of furniture for 256 men barracks at PNS Karsaz, and provision of furniture for newly constructed CPO's Block No. 66, 67, 73 & 74 at Hanif SRE. Items being procured: - Furniture for 40 BOQs for WESMC/MESMC and staff officers at PNS Jauhar - Furniture for 256 men barracks at PNS Karsaz - Furniture for newly constructed CPO's Block No. 66, 67, 73 & 74 at Hanif SRE The scope includes supplying quality furniture suitable for military residential and office use at the specified naval stations in Karachi. Firms and contractors enlisted with MES or other government departments with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Non-enlisted firms must provide detailed information for prequalification including similar work executed in the last two years, sponsoring agency/client details, work amount, completion period, physical completion date, progress percentage, and performance reports. Contractors enlisted with MES must also furnish lists of moveable and immoveable assets, skilled and unskilled personnel, machinery/equipment, bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certificates. Contractors not on the MES approved list or suspended must deposit earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated bid cost in the form of FDR or CDR pledged to GE (Navy) Central Construction Karachi. This earnest money is refundable if the contractor does not secure the tender. Tenders must be submitted to the GE (Navy) Central Construction office located on Iqbal Shaheed Road Karachi-4 by 1130 hours on 30 October 2026. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours. The accepting officer reserves the right to reject any incomplete or non-compliant applications as per PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders should ensure all required documentation and earnest money deposits are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. Attention to detail in the technical and financial bids will be critical for success in this procurement.
