Provision of Home Solar System District Kech and Tump

The Energy Department invites eligible bidders for the execution of solar system installation works in District Kech and Tump under the PSDP program for the year 2026. The procurement is based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates with a tender fee and bid security of 2% for each work. Items being procured: - Provision of Home Solar System District Kech, Tump under PSDP No. 1852 Z2026. 2835 - Provision of Home Solar System Tump Town Area District Kech, Tump under PSDP No. 1790 Z2026.1059 The scope includes installation of solar hybrid systems in homes within the specified districts. Bidders must have PEC registration category C-6 and above with specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), and EE11(iii) related to solar energy systems. Firms must have completed at least one similar assignment in the last three years in any government sector with a turnover of at least PKR 17,500,000 and PKR 17,409,828 in the last three financial years demonstrating financial capacity. Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is mandatory and must be active. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bid security of 2% must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication until the bid opening date during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 6th October 2026 by 10:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:00 AM.
