Provision and Installation of Lab Equipment for KIWI, Bannu

The Kalam Bibi International Women Institute Bannu is inviting sealed bids for the provision and installation of lab equipment for KIWI, Bannu under financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Tablet Chair / Classroom Chair with Writing Pad (Quantity: 300) The classroom chairs feature a one-piece moulded polypropylene seat and back, supported by a 22 mm steel tubular frame with black powder coating. The right-hand laminated MDF writing pad is fixed on a sturdy metal arm. These chairs are lightweight, durable, ergonomically designed, suitable for classrooms, support up to 100 kg, and come in blue or other approved colors with dimensions 32.5" H x 18" W x 17" D. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Constructor's Category C-6 or above and comply with all eligibility criteria including FBR registration and not being blacklisted. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 before the deadline. The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the lab equipment at the specified location in Bannu. The procuring agency reserves the right to inspect goods and monitor compliance with specifications.
