This tender covers the execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates on percentage basis. Items being procured: - Provision & Installation of Solarization System of PS Gandawah - Provision & Installation of Solarization System of PS Mirpur - Provision & Installation of Solarization System of PS Kotra - Provision & Installation of Solarization System of DCHouse and Annexed Hall Gandawah - Provision & Installation of Solarization System of Medicine Room at PPHI District Jhall Magsi - Provision & Installation of Solarization System of Medicine Room at DHO Office Gandawah - Provision & Installation of Solarization System at PS Governor House Jhall Magsi - Provision & Installation of Solarization System at District Council Hall Gandawah - Provision & Installation of Solarization System at Trauma Center Gandawah The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of solar power systems at the specified sites. Each site has an estimated cost ranging from PKR 6.00 Million to PKR 9.00 Million, reflecting the scale and technical requirements of the solarization works. Bidders must ensure compliance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and provide bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), not blacklisted by any procuring agency, and registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidder must have completed at least 7 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of PKR 4,200,000 in the last three financial years, demonstrating financial capacity and relevant experience.
