Provision, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Client End Equipment for Reconstruction of Old P&Q Building Tower A Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible bidders for the procurement of client end equipment related to the reconstruction of the old P&Q Building Tower A in Lahore. This procurement involves the provision, installation, testing, and commissioning of the required equipment to support the ICT infrastructure. Items being procured: - ICT Campus LAN Solution - Wireless LAN Solution The technical scope includes the supply and installation of LAN and wireless solutions at the specified site, ensuring full operational capability upon commissioning. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with all terms and conditions as detailed in the tender documents available at ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and to submit technical and financial bids prepared in accordance with the tender instructions. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required: PKR 350,000 for the ICT Campus LAN Solution and PKR 250,000 for the Wireless LAN Solution. The last date for submission of bids is 2nd November 2026 by 3:00 PM, with technical bids opening the same day at 3:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids submitted by any other means will not be considered. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
