Procurement of Hardware, IT Equipment, Miscellaneous Items, Furniture and Fixtures, Computer Stationery, and Stationery by Islamabad Employees' Social Security Institution (IESSI)

The Islamabad Employees' Social Security Institution (IESSI), Islamabad, invites electronic bids from eligible and registered firms/suppliers for the supply of various items under the following heads during the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Procurement of Hardware - IT Equipment - Miscellaneous Items - Furniture and Fixtures - Computer Stationery (Other Store) - Procurement of Stationery This procurement covers a wide range of goods including hardware components, IT equipment, various miscellaneous items, office furniture and fixtures, computer stationery, and general stationery supplies. The scope requires suppliers to provide quality materials suitable for institutional use at the IESSI office located in Islamabad. Bidders must deposit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price of each item. If a bidder participates in more than one item, a joint bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated price of all items must be deposited. Bid security will be subject to the terms and conditions given in the bidding documents. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS and PPRA websites (www.epocure.gov.pk) and the official IESSI website (www.iessi.gov.pk). Bids must reach the IESSI office by 11:00 AM on 28-10-2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM, in accordance with the prescribed procedure. IESSI reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
