Tender Description
The Vegetable Research Institute Faisalabad invites bids for the provision of labour services under the ADP Project titled 'Transformation of Agriculture in Pothohar & District Khushab (Ginger Component)'. This tender is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on a rate basis. Eligible firms, authorized distributors, dealers, and general order suppliers with established financial and managerial capabilities are encouraged to participate. Firms must be registered for Income Tax, PST, and Sales Tax.
Items being procured:
- Services required for Media preparation, Tissue Culture of Ginger Plantlets, Seed Multiplication, Field trials (03 Skilled Persons per month)
- Services required for washing Laboratory utensils, Hardening of tissue culture plants & all field operations (20 Un-skilled Persons per month)
The scope includes skilled and unskilled labour for media preparation, tissue culture, seed multiplication, field trials, laboratory utensil washing, and hardening of tissue culture plants. The contract covers required labour at areas of Faisalabad, Pothohar & District Khushab. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 175000/- through the e-Procurement System. The tender follows Single Stage - One Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
The tender submission deadline is 03.09.2026 by 02:00 P.M., with opening at 02:30 P.M. at the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee. All bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The offered rates should be inclusive of all taxes and valid until 30.06.2027. Firms must provide an affidavit of Rs. 100/- confirming no litigation or blacklisting.
