All works must comply with the specifications and standards set by the Town Municipal Corporation Ibrahim Hyderi. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant categories, NTN certificate, Sindh Revenue Board registration, professional tax certificate, electrical license for related works, minimum 5 years experience, turnover of 2 to 4 million PKR over last 3 years, and no blacklisting by any procuring agency. Affidavits and documentary proof of past work and machinery ownership are mandatory.
