Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees Category-A

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore invites bids from professional as well as financially sound and well reputed hospitals / medical institutes registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and Punjab Health Department and FBR for provision of medical facility to WASA employees (Category-A) in various towns under its jurisdiction within Lahore. The contract is for 3 years under PP Rules-2014 having at least one branch situated within the jurisdiction of each town of WASA Lahore. Items being procured: - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) Allama Iqbal Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) Gunj Bakhsh Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) Nishat Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) Gulberg Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) Ravi Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) Shalimar Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) Model Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) Jubilee Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) Aziz Bhatti Town The scope includes providing medical services to WASA employees in nine specified towns of Lahore. Bidders must be registered with Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage Two Envelopes method. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost (Rs. 1,000,000/-) in favor of WASA Lahore is required. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Bids must be submitted online via Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:30 AM on 14-09-2026, with technical bids opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bidders should ensure compliance with all PPRA regulations and submit bids within the stipulated deadline. The bids will be valid for 120 days. One practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare both technical and financial bids separately and ensure timely submission on the Punjab e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification.
