Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees in Nine Towns of Lahore

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore invites bids from professionally and financially sound hospitals and medical institutes registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with Health Department and FBR for a three-year framework contract under PP Rules-2014. The contract covers provision of medical facilities to WASA employees (Category-A) in nine towns within Lahore's jurisdiction, ensuring convenient and easy access for patients. Bidding documents with detailed requirements and terms are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA websites. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical bids must be submitted by 11:30 AM on 14-09-2026, with financial bids opening thereafter. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System only; no telegraph or postal submissions will be accepted. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required as bid security.
