Provision of Printing/Publication and Meal/Refreshment/Tentage & Catering Services for 4th AFS Venture Spark Business Plan Competition

Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture Multan invites all potential firms, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax to submit their E-bids or proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement is for the provision of printing/publication services and meal/refreshment/tentage & catering services specifically for the 4th AFS Venture Spark Business Plan Competition. The procurement follows the Single Stage (One envelope) procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Printing/Publication services (Lot-I) with an estimated cost of Rs. 400,000 - Meal/Refreshment/Tentage & Catering services (Lot-II) with an estimated cost of Rs. 4,400,000 The scope includes supplying quality printing and publication materials along with comprehensive catering services including meals, refreshments, and tentage arrangements for the event. Bidders must have established technical, financial, and managerial capabilities to fulfill these requirements. Eligibility criteria include valid registration for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of each lot is required. The bids will be received and opened on 20-11-2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. Bidders should note that in case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
