Tender Description
Fatima Jinnah Medical University Lahore invites eligible firms registered with Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and having active status with relevant Tax Registration Authorities to submit e-bids for the procurement of Catering, Venue Setup and Audiovisual Services for the 08th Convocation of the university in Lahore. The estimated cost for this procurement is **Rs. 2,475,000**. Items being procured:
- Catering Services
- Venue Setup
- Audiovisual Services
The bidding documents are available in English and can be downloaded free of charge from the PPRA website, Punjab e-Procurement System website, and the university's official website. Bidders must submit their complete e-bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by **18-Nov-2026 till 11:00 A.M**. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
The procurement will follow a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the prescribed procedure in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab.
Fatima Jinnah Medical University will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in bid preparation. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing and opening date. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal is mandatory for electronic bid submission.
