Provision of Pumping Machinery 4.0 Cusec Discharge for Municipal Committee Khanpur

Municipal Committee Khanpur invites quotations for the approved development scheme under PMSP Programme for the financial year 2026-27 at MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026, covering the period from 1st July 2026 to 31st December 2026. This procurement is for the provision of pumping machinery with a discharge capacity of 4.0 Cusec specifically for Municipal Committee Khanpur. Items being procured: - Provision of Pumping Machinery 4.0 Cusec Discharge The bidders must be registered contractors, firms, authorized dealers, or vendors with valid GST and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses for the relevant category for the year 2026-27. Registration on the Punjab PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement portal is mandatory. Bidders are required to furnish a Bid Security/Earnest Money amounting to 5% of the estimated cost through the digital bid security facility on the Punjab e-Procurement System, using Bank of Punjab or any authorized bank. The bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal by 1:30 PM on 4th November 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of the opening committee at the office of Municipal Committee Khanpur. Any submission of fake documents such as CDR/receipt will lead to disqualification and blacklisting of the contractor/firm.
