The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for various works under the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of CMES (Navy) COMKAR Karachi. The works are to be executed at various naval installations within Karachi. Eligibility criteria require firms to be enlisted with MES in the Unlimited Category or other government departments with relevant experience. Non-enlisted contractors must provide detailed documentation including performance reports, GST registration, NTN certificate, and deposit earnest money as specified.
