Provision and Replacement of Multimedia and Video Wall with Miscellaneous Works at CMES (Navy) ISLD/LHR Islamabad and Lahore

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for prequalification of firms and contractors for various works under CMES (Navy) ISLD/LHR at Islamabad and Lahore. The scope includes provision of multimedia along with projector screen at E-8 Islamabad, replacement of video wall SMD with LED on side and front walls at E-8 Islamabad, and miscellaneous works and facilities at Islamabad and Lahore. Items being procured: - Provision of Multimedia with projector screen at E-8 Islamabad - Replacement of video wall SMD with LED on side wall at E-8 Islamabad - Replacement of video wall SMD with LED on front wall at E-8 Islamabad - Miscellaneous works/facilities at Islamabad (two lots) - Miscellaneous works/facilities at Lahore (two lots) The technical scope involves specialized multimedia and LED video wall replacement works at the specified locations, along with other miscellaneous facility works. Firms must be enlisted with MES in category 'D' or higher or have equivalent experience with other government departments. Applicants must provide detailed information including description of similar works executed in the last two years, sponsoring agency/client, amount of work in million rupees, completion period, date of physical completion, percentage progress of work in hand, and performance reports from sponsoring agencies. Additional required documents include lists of moveable and immoveable assets, personnel details, machinery/equipment, GST registration, and NTN certificate. Firms not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026 will not be considered. Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from CMES (Navy) ISLD/LHR, Sector E-8 Islamabad. The tender submission deadline is 24 September 2026 by 1130 hours at CMES (Navy) ISLD/LHR Sector E-8 Islamabad, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors may witness the tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure complete and accurate documentation to avoid disqualification.
