Items being procured: - Security services for EOBI Mix Use Development Project 66-M.A. Johar Town Lahore - Security services for Mix Use Development Project Lahore - Security services for EOBI Hotel & Business Complex Lahore Bidders can obtain bidding documents online from www.epads.gov.pk. The bid fee is Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of Pakistan Real Estate Investment and Management Company (PRIMACO) in shape of Pay Order/Call Deposit. Eligibility criteria include complete company credentials with verifiable documents, SECP registration, valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, ATL listing, affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper, and no litigation with government or autonomous bodies. A fixed Bid Security of PKR 500,000/- (refundable) is required in shape of Deposit at Call/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee. Key dates: Uploading of procurement on PPRA/EPADS V2.00 is 09th October 2026.
