Provision of Security Services for EOBI Mix Use Development Project Lahore and EOBI Hotel & Business Complex Lahore

Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company Private Limited (PRIMACO), on behalf of the Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Government of Pakistan, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit bids for the provision of security services for the EOBI Mix Use Development Project 66-M.A. Johar Town Lahore, Mix Use Development Project Lahore, and EOBI Hotel & Business Complex Lahore. This tender is specifically for security services at these locations in Lahore. Bidders must have valid credentials, current commitments, and completed assignments supported by verifiable documents. The firm must be registered with SECP/Registrar of Firms/Sole Proprietor and hold valid Income Tax Registration with FBR/Tax Department and Service/Sales Tax Registration. Bidders must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for Income and Sales Tax at the time of bid submission. An original and valid affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper/e-stamp paper of Rs.100/- duly verified stating that the bidder is not blacklisted and has no litigation with any government or autonomous body or partners is required. The bid security of a fixed amount of PKR 500,000 (refundable) must be submitted in the form of Deposit at Call/Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee as per the standard format provided in the bidding document. The bidding documents can be obtained online from www.epads.gov.pk upon payment of a non-refundable bid fee of Rs. 5,000 in favor of PRIMACO. Key dates include the uploading of procurement documents on PPRA/EPADS V2.00 on 09 October 2026. The bid submission deadline is 27 October 2026 at 1400 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1430 hours. Bids will be opened on the PPRA/EPADS V2.00 platform.
