State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLICP) invites bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPAD) under Single Stage Two Envelope system from EPAD registered bidders with active FBR/SRB tax status for the Tender for Security Guards Services at State Life Buildings # 02, 03 Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, Larkana and Plot at Benazirabad (Nawabshah). Items being procured: - Security Guards Services at State Life Buildings # 02, 03 Hyderabad - Security Guards Services at Mirpurkhas - Security Guards Services at Sukkur - Security Guards Services at Larkana - Security Guards Services at Plot at Benazirabad (Nawabshah) Bidders must submit original bid security (Hard Copy) worth PKR 1,000,000. Bids without original bid security or submitted conditionally or late on EPADS will be rejected. Bids must be submitted on EPADS by 20-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of committee and bidders' representatives. In case of public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, bids will be opened next working day with same venue and time. SLIC reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to PPRA rules. Eligibility includes EPAD registration, active FBR/SRB tax status, and bid security. The scope covers security services at multiple State Life locations in Sindh province.
