Provision of Security Services for Govt. Special Education Centre Khanpur

Govt. Special Education Centre Khanpur, District Rahim Yar Khan, invites sealed e-bids according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from well-reputed and financially sound tax-registered firms for the provision of security services and security guards for the Centre and Centre bus security for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Security services for Govt. Special Education Centre Khanpur - Security guards for the Centre - Security for Centre bus The scope includes providing round-the-clock (24/7) security services according to the laid down terms and conditions in the contract. The firm must provide type/caliber of weapons and ammunition to security guards on duty as per tender form details. Rates must be quoted as a single consolidated figure inclusive of all applicable taxes with no separate mention or breakdown. The firm should have previous experience providing security services to government departments and must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA or any Punjab government department. All participating bidders/companies are required to deposit bid security as a CDR equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost of Rs. 10,000,000 through their banking app via 1Link/Online Bank Transfer against the generated PSID. The paid slip must be attached with the tender documents as proof of payment. Manually submitted CDRs and performance guarantees will not be accepted. Successful bidders must also deposit a performance guarantee equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost at the time of contract award through the same banking app. Bids received after the deadline or without the required bid security will be rejected. The e-bid submission deadline is 07-09-2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM on the same day via Punjab e-Procurement system (eP). Tender forms and bidding documents can be downloaded online free of cost. Bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope as per tender form instructions.
