Provision of Security Services for ZBC Chamkani

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites eligible service providers registered with FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and listed on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR and KPRA to submit proposals for the Provision of Security Services for ZBC Chamkani in Peshawar. This procurement is managed under the rules of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) using a competitive Single Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Provision of Security Services for ZBC Chamkani The scope includes comprehensive security services at the ZBC Chamkani site, ensuring safety and protection of assets and personnel. Detailed service requirements and terms are provided in the Request for Proposal document available on the TransPeshawar website and EPADS portal. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and KPRA, reflected on the ATL, and comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Bid security must be submitted as per the Request for Proposal instructions. A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 16, 2026 at 11:30 AM (PST) at the TransPeshawar office for interested service providers. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by September 28, 2026 at 11:30 AM (PST). Hard copy submissions are not allowed. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM (PST) in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The advertisement and documents are also available on the TransPeshawar and KPPRA websites. TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel any or all bids with valid reasons. Bidders are advised to carefully review the Request for Proposal and ensure timely electronic submission through EPADS to avoid disqualification. Early preparation and registration on EPADS will facilitate smooth participation.
