Provision of Sports Items for Participation of Pakistan Contingent in 20th Asian Games 2026

Bidders must provide samples of all items and comply with eligibility criteria including valid NTN, GST, ATL registration, and experience certificates. A bid security of PKR 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order is required. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with technical and financial criteria. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids online only. The bid opening will be conducted on EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 11:30 AM. The Pakistan Sports Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
