Provision of Storage and Courier Service for Distribution of Chromebooks All Over Pakistan

The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training Islamabad invites sealed proposals from reputable courier service providers and firms registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax Department and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for the Provision of Storage and Courier Services for Distribution of Chromebooks all over Pakistan. Items being procured: - Warehouse/Storage facilities at Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi - Adequate space and facilities for branding and testing of Chromebook devices at designated storage locations - Distribution and delivery of Chromebook devices from the three designated storage locations to respective regions/destinations all over Pakistan The scope includes providing secure warehouse and storage facilities in three major cities, ensuring proper branding and testing of devices, and managing distribution logistics nationwide. Eligible bidders must be registered with GST/NTN and have an AGPR Vendor Number. They should also be on the FBR ATL and comply with PPRA Rules 2004 as amended. The hard copies of proposals must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 18th September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Proposals will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. Electronic proposals are generally not entertained unless submission through the PPRA e-Procurement Portal (EPADS) is specifically required.
